❓ How does EasyRentWorks work?

We make it simple: choose your TV size, select whether you want a rental or rent-to-own (RTO) plan, and we’ll deliver and install it for you — free of charge. You pay a flat monthly fee, and if you’re on RTO, the TV is yours at the end of the term.

❓ What’s the difference between rental and rent-to-own?

-Rental: Lower monthly payments, short-term commitment (minimum 6 months). You return the TV whenever you no longer need it.
-Rent-to-Own: Slightly higher monthly payments, but every payment builds toward ownership. After your contract ends (12–24 months depending on plan), the TV is 100% yours.

❓ Do I need to pay a deposit or setup fee?

Nope. No deposit, no hidden fees. Your first monthly payment covers delivery, professional installation, and mounting.

❓ What happens if I want to cancel?

-Rental plans: After the 6-month minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
-RTO plans: You can return the TV early, but you won’t build full ownership unless all payments are completed.


❓ Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax applies to rentals and RTO plans in Tennessee and is added to your monthly payment.

❓ What if my TV gets damaged or stolen?

You’re responsible for the TV while it’s in your possession. If it’s damaged, lost, or stolen, you’ll be billed for the replacement cost. Optional protection plans are available — just ask us when signing up.

❓ How fast can I get my TV?

Most deliveries are completed same-day or next-day in the Clarksville, Springfield, and Nashville areas.

❓ Can you mount the TV on my wall?

Yes! Free professional mounting is included with every rental or RTO plan. We’ll make sure your setup looks clean and secure.

❓ Do you only rent TVs?

Right now, we specialize in TVs. But we plan to expand into other home essentials (sofas, beds, washers/dryers, and more) in the future. Stay tuned!
